Each year, the British Commonwealth countries of Gibraltar and Isle of Man issue commemorative 50 pence coins commemorating Christmas. We have a limited number of coins available from previous years. Below is a photo that is approximately the actual size of 27.30 mm:
Please Note: Because these coins were not stored properly prior to our acquisition, some of the earlier coins show a small amount of toning on the side of the coin with the Queen's effigy. None of these coins shows visible toning on the "Christmas" side of the coin. |

singing. The other side of this coin has an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II.
This beautiful coin is made from Copper-Nickel and has a "diamond finish" which is somewhere between the appearance of a regular uncirculated coin and the mirror finish of a proof coin.
