"Beauty and the Beast" is a wonderful story that teaches important moral lessons in a fun way, with the integral theme of the story showing that a person's beauty is on the inside and it doesn't matter what they look like on the outside.  Children and adults alike love the Broadway show and movie for the great story, fantastic songs, and interesting characters.  Belle is a wonderful role model for young girls, because she is smart, funny and compassionate as well as being an elegant and beautiful Disney princess.  This Belle doll is dressed in an exquisite ballgown modeled after the lavish gowns in the Broadway production.  She first wears this beautiful dress in the romantic sequence when she is waltzing with the Beast and they are falling in love, and she wears it in the final scenes after the Beast has turned into her Prince.  "At last, Beauty dances with the Prince who is no longer trapped inside the Beast.  It is the beginning of living happily ever after..."

The spectacular full skirt of her ballgown is achieved with double-layered petticoats, a golden-yellow satin skirt overlaid with a layer of patterned golden lace, and finally, a dramatic gathered off-white tulle overskirt edged with a golden- yellow tulle ruffle.   The neckline of the fitted sleeveless bodice is trimmed with a gold-edged tulle ruffle decorated with red rosettes.  The front of her bodice is embellished with an off-white tulle band which extends into a gold-edged tulle stole around her shoulders.  She also wears an ivory lace shawl around her back, draped over her arms, and flowing down along the sides of her skirt.  Her gown has a large golden bow at her waist, and lines of golden braid trim extend from her bodice all the way down to the bottom edge of the tulle overskirt, ending in lovely red rosettes at the five points where the yellow tulle ruffle is attached to the off-white tulle overskirt.

Belle has a lovely smiling face, with large green eyes and wine-red lipstick on her closed mouth.  Her long shiny dark-brown hair is curled in large dramatic tumbling curls with four pretty curls framing her face, and she wears a black satin headband adorned with a crown of three golden rosettes on top of her head.  For jewelry, she wears faux-pearl, gold-toned and silver-toned beaded dangling earrings and a matching double-strand necklace.

The back of the box says:  Belle's costume reflects the beauty and grace of the original Broadway gowns, designed by award-winning costume designer, Ann Hould-Ward.  "My work is based on intricacy and countless hours of research," remarks Ms. Hould-Ward.  "The costume designs for Disney's Beauty and The Beast are based on interpreting history from the 18th Century in Europe.  Belle on Broadway's gown was obviously designed with the same kind of intricacy, and I am impressed with how accurately her costume resembles the original."  Indeed, it was a challenge for Mattel Designer, Lui Domingo, to synthesize the mood and magic of such a grand and elaborate production into an 11½ inch doll.  As you can see from the delicate ivory lace shawl that rests on her shoulders, to the double-layered, thoroughly feminine petticoats, Belle takes center stage to bring the magic and excitement of Broadway to your Disney collection.

Belle is standing on the stage in front of the curtains in her box, ready for the next scene of the play to begin.   The front cover of the box shows an outline of the Beast holding a shining red rose with one falling rose petal.  Belle is in mint condition, and has never been removed from her mint-condition box.  She comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, a reply card, and a doll stand.

Accessories

Belle is dressed in a pretty yellow ballgown modeled after Belle's dress in the movie, and pretty party shoes.  She first wears this beautiful dress in the romantic sequence when she is waltzing with the Beast and they are falling in love, and she wears it in the final scenes after the Beast has turned into her Prince.  Belle has a pretty smiling face, with large green eyes and pink lips.  Her long shiny dark-brown hair is styled in her signature hairstyle, and you can use Belle's hairbrush to style her lovely long hair. 

Belle comes with a lot of fun interactive accessories for maximum playtime enjoyment!  You can help Belle put on her everyday dress outfit, which consists of a blue pinafore dress, white apron, white blouse, and blue shoes.  Place Belle's friends Lumiere, Cogsworth, Mrs. Potts and Chip in her right hand, and she recognizes each character to interact with them.  The character voices are really special because her friends all speak in their original voices from the movie.  Belle's map can be used to explore the castle -- beware of the forbidden West Wing!  Place the Enchanted mirror in her right hand and slide different pictures into the mirror so you can hear the Beast, the Prince, and the Rose talking to Belle.  The box also includes a pretty rose necklace for Belle to wear with her lovely ballgown, and a matching rose necklace is included just for your little girl!

Belle is in mint condition, and has never been removed from her excellent-condition box.  She has been stored in a non-smoking location.  This is a perfect gift for any little girl who loves the "Beauty and the Beast" movie and wants to experience Belle's adventures with Belle and her friends!

Jasmine is dressed in a lovely emerald green and gold harem outfit.  Her green velvet dress echoes the "Arabian Nights" theme in Aladdin, with a split skirt revealing gold lamé Turkish pants that are gathered at the ankles.  Her dress is trimmed with gold on the cuffs, neckline and bodice.  A transparent overskirt drapes over her green velvet skirt.  She wears gold plastic shoes with adorable upward-pointing toes, to complete the ensemble.

The back of the box says: A magic carpet filled with love is sent from me to you.  With hopes that every dream you've dreamed will happily come true!  If you're from a place where snowflakes dance or a land of sand 'n sun, we'll celebrate our own special way with wonderful holiday fun!  Love, Princess Jasmine

The back of the box says: Sleeping Beauty, in all the splendor of winter!  On a crisp, clear, cold winter night, a vision appears in flickering light.  It's Sleeping Beauty, in a gown of ice-blue, so lovely that she's caught the eye of the moon.  He winks at her long hair, flowing in curls, and her skirt of blue satin that shimmers and swirls.  His shine catches colors that dance in her cape, and her step is as light as a falling snowflake.  She's woken to romance from her dreams and her sleep -- and her Winter Frost beauty is now yours to keep!

Sleeping Beauty is dressed in a wintry ensemble in shades of white and ice-blue, to celebrate the season of Winter.  Her dress has a fitted ice-blue jacquard bodice accented with silvery threads.  The full ice-blue satin skirt opens in the front to reveal a gorgeous shimmering pleated underskirt.  The dropped v-shaped waist of her gown is decorated with a silver chain braid,  and a large white snowflake decoration is draped over her skirt.  She wears a dramatic shimmering iridescent cape over her dress, and it flows elegantly over her shoulders and behind her outstretched arms.  Her cape has a dramatic iridescent high collar, and the center white panel of the cape is decorated with a silver snowflake and ice-blue faux jewel in the center and edged with the silver chain braid decoration.  Sleeping Beauty has a delightful smiling face, with wide expressive violet eyes and raspberry pink lipstick on her open mouth.  Her long honey-blonde hair is swept back with a pretty headband, and she has curly bangs and large curls on the end of her long hair.  For jewelry, she wears faux pearl earrings and a matching ring.

This Cookie Jar celebrates the wonderful "It's A Small World" ride at Disneyland, Disney World, and other Disney theme parks. It was released by Disney in 2004, and is now retired and hard to find.

The sides of the cookie jar are beautifully painted with blue and gold decorations, just like the ride itself. Figures of children dressed in ethnic costumes are painted around the sides, to show the many children of different nations represented in the "It's A Small World" ride.

In "Toy Story 2", Woody finds out that he and Bullseye were 2 of the main characters in the Roundup Gang from a 1950's-style kid's television show called "Woody's Roundup".  The cookie jar is sculpted to resemble an old television set from the 1950's, with a round screen sitting on top of a square base, and a tube sticking out in back.  The "screen" of the TV shows a nice picture of Woody and Bullseye in front of a background of blue sky and clouds.  Woody is tipping his hat and looks like he's saying "Yee-hah!", and he has his arm around his best pal, Bullseye.

This is really a fun cookie jar that can be enjoyed by Toy Story fans of all ages!  It is made of sturdy ceramic, and can either be enjoyed as a collectible or used as a real cookie jar on your kitchen counter.  The cookie jar comes in 2 pieces; the cookie jar itself and the lid.  The cookie jar is approximately 10 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 5 inches deep.  This Woody & Bullseye Cookie Jar is in mint condition in its original Disney box and packaging. This great cookie jar is very hard to find now, as it has been retired for a number of years. We only have 1 left in stock!   

This great Cookie Jar shows an image of Jack Skellington from the movie "Nightmare Before Christmas". Jack's got just the place to stash your treats with help from a spider friend on the lid in back!
