Ty Attic Treasures® - Retired 11 |
Ty Attic Treasures are fully-jointed poseable plush animals, with the nostalgic look of early handmade stuffed animals. They are made of textured fur that looks realistic for each animal, and they wear unique clothing with richly-detailed accents. Attic Treasures are a hit with collectors, because their faces, bodies, and clothes have so many interesting details that give unmistakable character to each special Attic Treasure. Attic Treasures have been rising in value faster than Beanie Babies, particularly the retired characters because they become so difficult to find after they are retired. The Attic Treasures are recommended for ages 3 to 100, and the Ty tag says that you should remove all tags and other accessories before giving to a child under the age of 3. Sterling
(#6083) is an 8-inch fully-jointed beautiful silver Angel Bear, complete with silver
wings! Her fur is a rich silver color with a nappy texture. She has an
adorable face, with an upturned nose, small black eyes, and black embroidered nose and
mouth. Her handpads and footpads are made of white velour fabric, with black
embroidered paw detailing. She wears a glittery silver headband around her head,
tied with a white tulle bow on top of her head. Her wings give her a truly unique
look, and they are made of glittery silver fabric stretched over a bendable frame shaped
to resemble a butterfly's wings. Her hang tag says "May All Your Wishes Come
True!" Sterling is a beautiful and unique bear! She was introduced in September 1998, and was retired on May 26, 1999 after a short production run. Sterling is in mint condition with mint tags, and she will be shipped with a hang tag protector. |

Strawbunny (#6079) is an 8-inch fully-jointed
bunny rabbit with nappy pink fur, and she wears a pink ribbon tied in a bow around her
neck. Her hang tag is the newer red Ty heart style, and it says "You Tickle Me

Susannah (#6067) is an 8-inch fully-jointed
bear with nappy dark-brown fur. Susannah is wearing an adorable yellow hat shaped
like a sunflower, and her cotton dress is made of a cute sunflower-print fabric with a
square bodice and a ruffled hem. Her hang tag says "You Are My Sunshine!"

Tyrone (#6108) is a 13-inch fully-jointed Bear with rich nappy-textured dark-brown bear fur. He has a masculine face with a long straight snout, black embroidered nose and mouth, and black shining eyes. He is wearing a smoking jacket robe tied with a rakish blow at his waist. His robe is made of a handsome burgundy polyester fabric with heavy threads of gold swirled in spherical patterns throughout the fabric. His tag says "You're One Class Act!" Tyrone is reminiscent of movie stars from the Tyrone Powers and Rudolph Valentino days, when masculine leading men wore smoking jackets and made all the women swoon! (#6202) is an 8-inch fully-jointed penguin with
fuzzy black-and-white fur, a pointed yellow beak, and yellow feet. He is wearing a knitted
green hat with stripes of white, yellow, and black, plus a green pom-pom
on top. His matching scarf is tied around his neck, with long green
fringe on the ends of the scarf. His hang tag says "I'm On Top
Of The World!!" Waddlesworth was
introduced in September 1999, is in mint condition with mint tags, and he will be shipped

Watson
(#6065) is an
14-inch fully-jointed bear with nubby pinkish-tan fur, and he was
designed by Ty Warner and introduced in 1996. Watson is dressed in a
red, white and blue set of checkered overalls, with denim pockets and
denim trim around the bottom of the overalls. His muzzle and hand
and foot pads are off-white nubby fur, and he has black embroidered nose,
mouth and paw details. He has the difficult to find early
generation red & white tush tag, and his hang tag is the older-style
tan and maroon tag.
Watson was retired in 1997. He is in mint condition with mint tags, and will be shipped with a hang tag protector. |

Whiskers (#6012) is an 8-inch fully-jointed Cat with rich gray fur, and she was retired on August 2, 1999. Whiskers has white fur on her face, the back of her left ear and the tip of her tail. Her paws are made from white fabric with brown detailing. She is wearing a blue jumper that has a blue rose on the front and a hole for her tail in the back. Her hang tag says "You're Purr-fect!"
