Ty Attic Treasures® - Retired 8 |
Ty Attic Treasures are fully-jointed poseable plush animals, with the nostalgic look of early handmade stuffed animals. They are made of textured fur that looks realistic for each animal, and they wear unique clothing with richly-detailed accents. Attic Treasures are a hit with collectors, because their faces, bodies, and clothes have so many interesting details that give unmistakable character to each special Attic Treasure. Attic Treasures have been rising in value faster than Beanie Babies, particularly the retired characters because they become so difficult to find after they are retired. The Attic Treasures are recommended for ages 3 to 100, and the Ty tag says that you should remove all tags and other accessories before giving to a child under the age of 3. shiny silver highlights. Orion is wearing a midnight-blue knitted

Peppermint (#6074) is an 8-inch (9 inches to the top of his hat!) fully-jointed bear with rich white fur, and he was retired on July 13, 1999. Peppermint has white fur on his face and paws, with black stitching on his paws and face. He is wearing a crocheted red scarf and hat. Peppermint is in mint condition with mint tags, and will be shipped with a hang tag protector. |

Peter (#6084) is a 7-inch fully-jointed Pumpkin
Bear with curly dark-brown bear fur. He is dressed as a pumpkin, with an orange
velour round body and an adorable orange velour pumpkin cap on his head. The pumpkin
cap is complete with a green felt stem standing up on the top of his head. He has a
square nose that extends straight out from his face, with small black eyes below his
pumpkin cap. You have never seen such a delightful little pumpkin, and his tag says
"Trick or Treat" to echo his Halloween spirit! Peter was introduced in September 1998, and retired after only a few months of production in December 1998. (#6104) is a 12-inch fully jointed Bear with soft honey-colored fuzzy fur. He is
adorably dressed like a baby who is ready for sleep, wearing a flannel diaper and
nightcap, and clutching a flannel pillow between his paws. The flannel fabric
complements the sleeping bear theme, showing an angel bear sleeping soundly on a
cloud. Precious has a cute bear face with small black eyes and an embroidered black
nose and mouth. His handpads and footpads are made of tan velour fabric, with black
embroidered paw detailing. Precious would make a cute shower gift for a mother-to-be, and any child would love him! Precious was retired on September 20, 1998. He is in mint condition with mint tags, and he will be shipped with a hang tag protector. |

Prince (#6048) is a 6-inch tall, 5-inch
long (nose to rear) fully-poseable frog with dark-green fur. He is not wearing
clothes, which is unusual for an Attic Treasure. The area around his eyes, and the
pads of his feet are made from a white fabric. His eyes are half-round plastic orbs,
