Wise was born on May 31, 1997 and released on
May 30, 1998. Wise has always been very difficult to find. His graduation cap
reads "Class of '98". Wise was retired on December 31, 1998. Wise's

1999, and was retired on August 27, 1999 after a very short production
run! Wiser has the new tush tag that includes a
